Again, I’m using Joann Fink’s book Zenspirations for ideas. I used water color markers, and ink pads and tried layers of color. I am happy with all of them, but I love the colors in the “E” Some people in the swap are using different designs each time, and some are using similar designs. I plan to make a poster once I get all 26 letters. I wouldn’t mind having a whole collection fo my own lettering, but I don’t think I will ever get that done. I am always a few projects behind.

I’ve never ever been interested in art,so I don’t log onto anything artistic. When Pinterest sent me lots of crochet patterns, lovely, but wait a minute what is this,Kristy Speer, your name under a black/white drawing of a giraffe. For a minute I thought that’s clever,I could see lots of other things that made up the face of the giraffe. Now I can tell people that YOU got me interested in art, believe me,the people I’ve known for years won’t believe me that I actually clicked the “follow” button on your website. It just shows you you are never too old( I’m 70) to be interested in something different.Thank you Kristy,my crochet hooks will probably go sleep and paint brushes, pencils will now take precedent.Thank you

I am excited that you are looking into more opportunities to create! Ironically, I just got out my crochet hooks recently!
